Process

Our passion for floral design is rooted in the belief that beauty, nature, and color have an innate ability to invoke incredible emotion in moments that will imprint our hearts for years to come. We understand that our clients are looking to us to translate their story, and that our portfolio of work has resonated something within them that speaks to this mission. It’s for this reason that we believe that this partnership goes far beyond flowers. By working together, we become collaborators together. We need to know you, laugh with you, hear all of the quirky stories and understand how you ended up at our doorstep.


We only take on ONE full service wedding per weekend, therefore you will never feel lost in the shuffle. 

Time to lock down all of the final details. If your RSVPs require us to add or subtract a table, or if you need to add on an extra bridesmaid, now is the time to make those adjustments! Once we have all the final edits, your final balance will be due. Once received, we secure your floral order with our suppliers, we lock in a superstar team of designers, and you get to sit back and watch all the fruits of our labor unfold!

21-days Out:

Each of our “full service” clients will receive a personally curated design board. This will include seasonal flower types, a color story, and visuals for all of the areas in your event (Bouquets, Ceremony ideas, Tabletop ideas, etc.). We will set up our first meeting/Zoom together to review. This is where we begin to really zero in on your likes + dislikes. This design board becomes an evolving document right up until your event date! Take a peek at some of our “in-house” inventory, any of which can be rented for your event.

Design Boards:

After our phone consultation, we should have a good idea as to whether we are a good fit for your floral needs and desired budget. At this stage, we encourage you to “book in”. Rest assured, by booking in, we are simply agreeing to work together. Your date will be locked in. From here, we continue to fine tune the floral selections, colors and details – and everything on your invoice can be edited up until 3 weeks prior to your event date. So don’t worry about everything being perfect at this stage.

Our first meeting will be a phone consultation. We can discuss your vision in broad strokes and review our pricing guidelines. We understand that every celebration is different, and these pricing guidelines are not set in stone. We don’t expect you to have all the answers – it’s our job to guide you through this process based on the elements that are most meaningful to you. Let’s break all the rules!
