Toby is candid about the full journey — the good, the bad, and the downright messy. She’s passionate about discussing what it really means to lead: to inspire others, to listen intently, to stay organized, to own your mistakes, and to generously share credit when it’s due. She often asks, What brought you here? Because talent alone, even in abundance, is no guarantee of success.

A fierce believer in community and collaboration, Toby champions the power of women supporting women. She encourages openness, the sharing of “trade secrets,” and the kind of generosity that creates real, energetic transformation. There is freedom, she says, in surrendering control and learning to swim with the current.

With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, Toby Kassoy has a wealth of insight to offer. She launched Lilla Bello in 2004, stepping away from a demanding career in the entertainment industry, where she worked as an executive assistant to a top TV executive. While she didn’t realize it at the time, the discipline, organizational skills, and attention to detail she developed in that role became invaluable assets in her next chapter.
