Wedding Flowers Consultation

You just got engaged, you’re jumping onto Pinterest like it’s going out of style, and you’re researching every vendor in town! We love your excitement and want you to have the best experience possible.

 

Step 1

Fill out our Wedding Consultation Form (someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours, but usually much sooner, to set up our first consultation).

Step 2 – Phone Consultation

(set aside 10-20 minutes)

Our first consultation will be by telephone where we will get an overview of your upcoming wedding wishes. You may have 1 picture or 100 pictures to share with us at this stage and whatever it is, it’s perfect! We will have a quick hello to get to know each other, and have a very broad strokes conversation about style, colors, flowers and budget. Since every one of our weddings is highly customized, we do not have pre-set “wedding packages” (blach!), but we can give you a general sense of pricing based on your needs.

Assuming everything on our phone consultation felt in alignment with what you were expecting, we will then invite you in to meet!

Step 3 – In-Person Consultation

(set aside 60-90 minutes)

Here’s where the real fun starts! We already have a sense of who you are and what you’re looking for, which has given us an opportunity to prepare some design ideas for you! Our Santa Monica design studio is also where our beautiful showroom of rental items resides. A variety of centerpiece vessels, candle holders and lanterns are all at our fingertips to start exploring. In this meeting we will begin delving into specific designs as well as gathering up all your logistical details such as guest count, bridal party, etc.

Following this meeting, we will prepare a detailed proposal for you, line itemising every expense, so that you may add, subtract or edit easily. Give us a day or two to get this turned around as we are considering everything from your florals (checking availability) to your budget goals to make sure everything is just right.

We love you, You love us, what now?

You book in. Sounds scary but it’s not. By booking in, we are simply promising to work together. Every last detail is editable (additions and subtractions) up until 2 weeks prior to your wedding date, so don’t worry about everything being perfect. You are simply securing the date with us. From this point on, we are at your disposal. If you have guest count changes, design changes, or any questions whatsoever, we are here for you!
