Return Policy

Lilla Bello hopes that you will be delighted with every purchase you make with us. Perishable fresh flowers are designed and customized to the specifications of each order based on budget and each days’ seasonal blooms. We do not duplicate exact photos so each creation is one-of-a-kind and made to order.

If upon receipt of your floral arrangement you feel the flowers are damaged or deteriorated, please take a picture of the flowers and immediately send an email to: studio@lillabello.com within 12 hours of your delivery.  Upon review of the picture and investigation of the circumstances, we will more than likely send out a replacement floral right away with our sincerest apologies. Fresh florals are not refundable.

Please note, fresh cut flowers have a lifespan of 4-5 days and each day you will notice a bit of deterioration each day throughout this timespan. Some last longer than others based on specimen, and weather conditions. Please make sure your flowers are not placed in a sunny window or next to a heating or cooling vent.

If we were given permission to leave flowers unattended on a doorstep, we are not responsible for those florals once our driver has delivered them.
