Returns & Exchanges:
We are proud of our Lilla Bello Store collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or store credit, less shipping costs. Exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OPENED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING and TAGS in tact. Custom orders & perishable items are not exchangeable.
Returning Your Item:
Once we receive your package, we will issue you a Lilla Bello Store credit via e-mail. Your store credit is valid for 90 days. We will notify you via e-mail once your returned merchandise has been received.
How to return your item:
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any merchandise to notify us of your pending return shipment, with a reason for your return. We will reply to confirm that your merchandise qualifies for an exchange/store credit, or in the case of a custom order or perishable item, is nonexchangable . Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS or FedEx. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been received.
Exchanging Your Item:
Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by UPS. Standard shipping fees will apply unless your return is due to damaged or defective merchandise, or you were shipped the wrong item, in which case you will not incur any additional shipping fees. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
Returning a gift:
If you are returning a gift, please call us at 310-453-3311. Corporate gifts are often custom orders and do no qualify for exchange or store credit. Perishable items do not qualify.
